Sona Masoori Rice

The Sona Masoori variety is a very old variety of rice originating from Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, in South India.

This naturally white rice is extremely digestible and nutritious. It contains many trace elements, proteins and vitamins.

With a glycemic index of 51, and very little starch, it is perfectly suited to weight loss, and can be used by people with diabetes.
