Organic Gandhakasala Rice

Gandhakasala Rice is a rice traditionally grown by the tribal people of Wayanad in the northeast of Kerala in India.

Not very productive, and often ravaged by wild elephants, attracted by its scent of sandalwood, Gandhakasala rice and generally the rice of festivals in the tribes of the mountainous areas of Wayanad in Kerala.

Very rich in protein, trace elements and vitamins, it has a low glycemic index and is extremely digestible.

This very fragrant rice has a very fine and aromatic flavor.
