Organic Rajmudi Rice

Red Rajmudi rice is a very old and rare variety of rice originating from the Mysore region of Karnataka. It is said that those who could not pay tax in gold or silver to the Maharaja, could pay it in Rajmudi rice instead.

This rice is naturally red and is very rich in Zinc, antioxidants and nutrients, this rice can be consumed on a daily basis, even by overweight or diabetic people, thanks to its low glycemic index and high fibre content.
